The "Louis Vuitton Don" is a nickname of Kanye West.

In the song Last Call, from his first album College Dropout (2004), Kanye West refers to himself as "Kan, the Louis Vuitton Don".

In Janet Jackson's song My Baby (2004), which features Kanye, he again refers to himself as "Kan, the Louis Vuitton Don".

Kanye West has since been referred to as the Louis Vuitton don many times in songs, media and popular culture. In 2009, Kanye West and Louis Vuitton released a range of mens shoes named the "Louis Vuitton Don".

Pronounced (Vuh-tawned). To get hit in the groin area with a purse or handbag. This word was coined by my ex boyfriend in 2004 after accidentally hitting him in the nuts w/ a small Louis Vuitton handbag.
