the state of stupidity that envelopes most people when they slide behind the wheel of a mini-van.

i hate being stuck on a one lane road behind some vandicapped fool who isn't aware he has a gas pedal!

Found in abundance in the midwest and elsewhere,
this is any van that has a handicap tag in the rear view mirror, instantly doubling the crappiness of the driver.
Van= Bad driver + Handicap Tag= Bad driver==
Worst Driver Ever.

Steve: Punch it, we're running late!
Chuck: I'm on it--Aw HELL no...a freakin' vandicap pulled out in front of me...sonuvab*tch...
