uterism 

uterism is a term used for female's who use being a female and having a uterus as a reason not to do something, such like a disability, especially in work environments or physically demanding activities.

Stacy is using her uterism as an excuse to not put in more effort, she wants the same pay as everyone else but thanks because she's a girl she should just get paid without putting in the work
