Commonly cause by being burnt a lot.

Addictively wasting hours on Urban Dictionary when you have very important, urgent work to do, even though the mental hiatus could result in suspension, contract termination, social expulsion or in some cases death.

(verb) Urbanastinate.

Ryan: "Check out this new word I found on Urban Dictionary last night"
Andrew: "No ways man. Last time I was caught Urbanastinating in my cubicle I was given a final warning"

Noun: I tried to see if Urbaness was a word, and then saw UD had no definition. I had to make my mark on this glorious institution. Basically it's the noun version of Urban, and it's actually spelled Urbanness (thanks google)

urban ass-kissing 

when somebody uses urban dictionary to kiss somebody's ass. this is usually done by making a word that vaugely describes a person, kissing ass, then providing that person with a link to the urban dic page. then they can pretend they didnt make it, or use it as a bullshit excuse to get in to somebody's pants.

urban ass-kissing can be reversed by urban ass-kicking, wich is pretty much the opposite, and can be used for breakups, and facebook wars
