In reality though, it is a place where chammaks thrive, and the word uptown has become synonymous with the word chammak; dokha is smoked there, alcohol is drank in the park “secretly”, glue is huffed from mountain dew bottles, EC is huffed from old T-Shirts, and chammaks use this place as a meeting spot, hangout spot, and of course, and fighting ring. The security doesn’t do shit and only chases you for riding a bike inside; but they don’t give a shit if you kill someone so that’s why chammaks love it.
