2. Alleged improvement that actually hinders production.

3. "Process Improvement" that only hinders the process.

I hear management has redesigned the travel reimbursement process.

Yeah, it's quite an unprovement.

When everything else in a system or game is improved, but certain parts remain conspicuously lacking of improvement.

Pokemon Sword and Shield got a lot of new improvements to user playability, but the unprovements in the animations were awful.
