Underdogger 

Someone who consitently roots for the underdog or who is rooting for an upset in a any particular competition. A typical instinct of anyone who grew up rooting for a team that has never won a championship.

Hey Randyl, you want the Cowboys to win this week? No way, I'm an underdogger. Seahawks all the way!

Siding with the underdog in a situation or debate simply because they are the underdog and regardless of whether or not you agree with them.

This term originates from the book 'Generation X' by Douglas Coupland.
