A word commonly used when a member of your friends decides to bitch out, (i.e. turning down shots)
Many times this word can synonymously be used with "rosening out"
Basically if you really want to make a person feel like a jackass tell him he is "troping out"

When someone is determined to reach their goals. Specialising in hiking, troopington's are distinguished by wearing nape of the neck protecting caps, 3/4 length cut offs, backpacks and trooping boots. They are often seen in herds located around rural areas, swinging their arms to give them power.

Toping 

Toping, Short for Isotoping, is the act of illegally enriching uranium, often with the goal of selling it to terrorist countries. It is becoming a teen craze, comparable to drug use, with students bragging to each other about how much nuclear material they "toped" the night before.

Person 1: Hey, you coming to Mike's Toping party tonight?
Person 2: Yeah, it's gonna be awesome - You got any safety goggles? I left mine at Sam's house last week.
