Someone who does not subscribe to gender definitions and is trans. Or someone who is trans and queer. Has NOTHING to do with a sex reassignment surgery or anything about your physical appearance.

Someone who has had a sex change in order to have gay relations with the opposite sex (of their original sex).
If Tony had a sex change and starting having a sexual relationship with my mum then he would be a transqueer.
