Transexism is a system of attitudes, bias, and discrimination in favor of pansexual inclusivity despite a non-trans persons sexual orientation and relationship preference. It can include the presumption that lesbian, gay, or bi-sexual orientations are exclusionary because they don't identify or are involved with pansexual lifestyles. That attractions and relationships are not based on sex organs or personal preference.
Transexism discrimination ranks predominantly lesbians and women rights activists as second-class citizens minimising various legal, civil rights or bodily autonomy, and frequently attack against their social equality. Transexism often calls these women transphobic or TERFs. There is little social evidence to show female to male transgender people engaging in transexism.

Jill came out to Tommy as a lesbian (female interested in woman sexually). Tommy came out to Jill and identified as female (male to female transgender). Tommy wanted to date Jill. Jill did not want to date Tommy. Tommy called Jill transphobic. This is transexism.
