Tortfeasor: Yup. Smacked her so hard her lip ring melted. Intent AND offensive contact baby.
Son of the afflicted: That was my dad you tard.

tortify

to commit a civil wrong; to breach a duty that is owed to another; bad touch.

I never knew what it meant to tortify someone, until Herman Cain offered me that job.
