In World of Warcraft - Wrath of the Lich King. During the boss fight with Professor Putricide, charging the Red Ooze as a Warrior, subsequently wiping the raid is called "The Habit Special".

Arx: hey, did you know? In the last guild raid Tassadar did the "The Habit Special".
Corruption: really? what a noob.
Arx: yeah, Turbi was pissed.
