rare, hard to find, classic, or really good tracks/songs/beats and records are referred to as thacuts. thacuts is also a spot or place that is off the beating path/street.

my mix cd is full of thacuts. i was walking by 17th and capp and this crackhead was being all suspect in thacuts.
