Noun. Pejorative term. A teenager considered a nuisance or smartass by a member of an older generation. Ex. my grandfather.
"Hey, you teenage punk! Pull your pants up and turn down that music. In my day, kids like you were murdered by the clean cut kids." - My grandfather, and probably your's, too.
