People for the Ethical Treatment of Vegetables. Much like P.E.T.A, and mostly used against P.E.T.A members. Members of P.E.T.O.V are against chemical additives in vegetables, the picking of vegetables early, cutting and slicing of vegetables, and the consumption of vegetables. Many members are Meatatarians, meaning they do not eat vegetables, and some are Medin, meaning they do not eat vegetables or anything that has vegetable product in it, nor do they wear or use anything that came from a vegetable. Test of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.™), a computerized test of attention that assists in the screening, diagnosis, and treatment monitoring of attention disorders, like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
The T.O.V.A. is an objective, neurophysiological measure of attention, not a subjective rating of behavior. It is a 21.6 minute long, very simple "computer game" that measures your responses to either visual or auditory stimuli. These measurements are then compared to the measurements of a group of people without attention disorders who took the T.O.V.A. "Hey, you stopped listening, again!! You'd better take the Tova!"

A Japanese Rock/Rap/Metal group that excels in all of those areas. The lead singer, Yuri, has a wonderfully depthful voice; the rapper, Motsu, is an excellent complement to her style; and their composer, T-Kimura, is one who loves to dabble in every genre he can.
They are best known for their unique niche in music, and wonderfully over the top style-but most importantly, their quality music. m.o.v.e is one of the most unique bands ever.

A phase used by English MC Lady Sovereign to describe herself. One of many catchy self descritive phrases used by Sov. It is refering to the fact that she didn't finish school but shown an intelligence besides Math, History (all that school shit). She has used the phrase in the songs Public Warning and So Human and writen on one of her signature custom slogan T-shirts. A more well-known one is "The biggest midget in the game." That's been used in Many songs and also on a T-shirt. Personally I think Sov Rox!!!!! Ladys and gentlemen this ain't no experiment it's the uneducated example of intelligence, my irrelevence means more then your irrelevence has ever did.
