An advertisement (television or otherwise) that, rather than causing a desire for a product, induces a repulsion from said product due to the use of popular entertainers such as Michael Winner and/or Dale Winton(eg.).

A really sad advert.

1.Spamming and Advertising combined.
2.A phenomenon often present on internet forums and communities, which can be really annoying to both members and staff (moderators and administrators).
3. Repetitive ad posting on a forum by a series of accounts created solely for advertising, often by companies like UMG-D.

Oh damn, yet another UMGD intern registered and has already started spadvertising...A moderator should act soon.

a dry, unsuccessful advert which fails to please the population it's broadcasted to.

Example:

Jamal: fam, in da break afta the first half of da west ham vs middlesbrough game on tv u see da churchill car insurance ad?

Martin: Yes, fam its wuz syyyyykkk!!

Jamal: Shuuuuhhuuuuuttt yuh muh u bean! that wuz such a swagvert!!!

"Did you see the latest toothpaste commercial?"
"Yeah, what a sadvert."
