strategically shacking

When someone (usually a girl) plans on shacking with someone of the opposite sex, but doesn't want the other person to know she planned on staying over, she packs strategic items in her purse, such as a contact case, make-up remover, toothbrush, maybe even flip flops.
"I planned on strategically shacking, and it worked--he had no idea I had my contact solution and toothbrush in my purse!"

Strategically Scratched

when getting to a good part in a movie on dvd, the scene stops and flickers, untill you must fast forward to a bad part.
Spencer: Wow this movie sucks

Will: Dam I know every good scene cant be read by the dvd player

Thomas: This dvd is "Strategically Scratched" I hate blockbuster

Strategically Late

The process of showing up too a dinner party late, not to be fashionable, but to wait until others are already there so you can strategically sit next to people you want to, and more importantly, away from those that you don't.
I dropped a deuce in my pants at the thought of spending two hours next to that fucking popinjay Cass D., so I made sure I came strategically late, to know where he was sitting and I sat at the other table.

Strategically dominate

When you play really well on a discord reality game, so much so that you get robbed at fourth place
"remember the time I Strategically Dominated that big brother org 6 months ago"

strategically waiting

When you want to end things with someone, (specifically a difficult situation/person) to avoid as much drama as possible, you decide to wait until it’s tactically possible for the safety of you and others. Essentially there is unfinished business that you’re afraid will bite you in the ass if you don’t handle it before ending it.
I’m not avoiding the breakup, I’m strategically waiting.

strategically created words

Words or phrases society's leaders insert into society via the media to get people to use them, influence the things people will think about, and how they will think, feel, and act and in doing so mold the immediate future.
Society's leaders figured out that they can mold society and its members by creating strategically created words or phrases, or using established words in new ways and inserting them into society via the media in order to get people to use them and mold the immediate future in the ways which will be most beneficial to society's owners.
