Stomalingus is the oral, anal, stoma sex act where person #1 (who has a throat stoma), lays flat on their back while person #2 straddles their chin/neck. Using their penis, person #2 then penetrates person #1's throat stoma. Simultaneously, person #1 orally stimulates the anus of person #2.
