It is a slang in Cantonese as: Anatomy the scrotum of a male.
Pronunce as: chun doi.
spring, usually for seasons, but in chinese (writing for cantonese and mandarin are the same in usage) it also refers to sex related things.

Cantonese for your scrotum. It means you scrotum without the testes, becuase it is a spring POCKET. Spring on it's own means penis.
