splibuole

The instance when a (usually) thick liquid forms a large drip, but hasn't actually dripped off yet.

(1) The slimy green substance from the alein's back had formed into splibuoles whilst it stood there, eyeing up its prey menacingly

(2) Hey John, get your handkerchief man! You've a flibsiclistic splibuole hanging from your right nostril.
