The smothering or suffocation of a cat or small animal underneath the Panniculus of an obese person. This typically occurs when the shifting of subcutaneous fat in the lower abdominal area, traps the cat, unbeknownst to the obese person due to improper vasculation of the fatty tissue and lack of tactile sensation.
