A cigarette smoked in secret. When you have to sneak a cigarette so people don't find out you smoke. Work was really stressful today so I had a quick sneakarette before my mom came home.

Last cigarette of the pack that is sometimes obscured by the foil lining. Especially problematic in 'soft pack' type of cigarette packs. Whoa! I almost threw out this pack, but found a sneakarette in there.
