A combination of the words "smart" and "serious" usually used in a sarcastic form. Originates from the sentences "are you serious?" or "are you smart?" indicating that the answer to the subject is obvious.
Sally- "I locked my keys in my car! And I'm getting worried because it's starting to rain and the top is down!"
John- "Are you smearious?"
