A term used by East Coast college women to describe a boy with a very small dick Usually resembling a McDonalds French fry. You never want to recommend him to your girlfriends when they feel like getting off. Not to be confused with a boy called small fries meaning he has no balls. Yes, literally, balls so small you can't see them.

A small fry usually has a Oedipus Complex and has no idea how to have sex. For example: He will try to play songs from Middle School when you take him back to your dorm room instead of something you can actually get off to. Some small fry(s) can be amusing which is their only redeeming quality.

When I went {down} on him I couldn't find anything. If you want to have a good time, stay away from that small fry.
