An act of going crazy in which one does not remain calm and does not care about their surroundings. Is also associated with partying intensely.

Person 1: Did you see Darren at the party last night?
Person 2: Yeah, he was skirming.

Look at Natasha skirming that sandwich, what a mess, its down to just meat and cheese at this point.
