when a nigga is walking past you with a black man's strut and forcefully knocks into your shoulder with his causing all of your books to fall to the ground. The only way this can be a legitimate shoulder chuck is if the afore mentioned nigga does not stop and help pick up the books.

john: (walking) what a lovely day.
tyrone: (walking in opposite direction) (shoulder chuck)
(books fall to ground)
john: excuse me sir, would you help pick these up?
tyrone: FUCK YOU BITCH!
thus, a shoulder chuck.

The act of intentionally bumping another person's shoulder with your own shoulder as you walk past them. It is meant as a display of open aggression or simple disrespect depending on how roughly the shoulder check is performed.
