What you say in that awkward moment where you want to make a cancer joke, but the person you're talking to either has cancer, or is gonna get offended by the mention of it, but instead of pulling out of it, you say "shancer" instead to throw them off. Shancer, of course, meaning penile cancer, but no one really knows that.

Guy 1: "bro this lobby is actually trash, you're actually such a ca-... shancerous player"
Guy 2: "bro my mom had breast cancer you cant say that"
Guy 1: "who said anything about cancer? dick."
