That guys a scrotcher for sure. Andy hasn't got any in weeks he's tuning out to be a right scrotcher.

A nefarious breed of bedbug which are almost impossible to eradicate. Scrotcher bites can be particularly painful, resulting in an ongoing itch around the crotch area which inspires incessant scratching.
