a woman or girl which is larger or obese and has cottage cheese(cellulite) all over her leg's or arm's...and in some cases are always hungry and cant stop eating.

rustiness-determines how ugly or butch the girl is

huffy-determines her weight or how large she is

putting them together makes them a rusty huffy

did you see that rusty huffy back there she was eating a Jamaican patty and was already talking about the McDonald's down the street......man she was the rustiest huffy I've every seen
