A former pediatric surgeon, Pedro Juan Rosselló became the most corrupt governor the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has ever had. He lead the country into bankrupcy and fled to Virginia. After loosing a primary election in March 2008, Puerto Rico has been able to enjoy one thing: the absense of Rosselló from public life.
