An adjective used to express a strong emotion or feeling towards something or someone, usually that of love or hate. Originally coined by Peter Griffin of Family Guy.
I saw Kim walking down the hall today and remembered how phestigious she really is, what a whore!

A Besto Pesto is someone who is your best friend in the whole world. You will do anything dumb with them, bully them relentlessly, but love them unconditionally. They stick with you everywhere you go and never leave your side. You are Besto Pestos with them even if you aren't together for a little bit. Unlike best friends, you only get one Besto Pesto in your life. Choose wisely.
