A lesbian or bisexual that is politically conservative. The word is a portmanteau of pussy and Republican. A pusilican can be identified by support for conservative ideas and spiky hair, or it could just be a lipstick lesbian.

1. Ann Coulter might be a pusilican, otherwise she would have married Rush Limbaugh.
2. That spiky-haired conservative woman who wanted to ban pornography is a pusilican.
