puppet-yank 

you sit in a chair place your elbow on your knee with your fist in the air. your good friend (normally a guy) then sits on your hand fisting himself while still standing. then you give him a reach around. the overwhelming pleasure causes your friend to flinch and jerk, looking like a puppet.

wow i couldn't believe Jon let me puppet-yank him last night.
