Someone who is a compulsive liar but has no choice because that’s his or her nature. They are also back stabbers who will tell any secret or any lie just to get some attention. This person is often telling ridiculous lies. They may also take on different personalities and can be a major bitch.

psychotown 

A metaphorical state of mind where all sense of decency and morality are lost, and where the wellness, happiness and health of the self or others are no longer a concern, which is open to be visited by anyone with sufficient emotional stimulation (or, quite often, a lack thereof) at their leisure.

She was a weirdo from the beginning, with her cat obsession, her impulsive coffee-bean counting, and her pretty frequent manic outbursts, but when her boyfriend broke up with her, straight-out she took a trip into psychotown's deepest and darkest alleys. (Now picture how the woman in question envisions burning down the houses of the guy and all his family members.)

Psychodownzy 

A person who fits they description of both a psychopath and having Down Syndrome.

Some traits include :

1. Unreliability, disregard for obligations no sense of responsibility, in matters of little and great import.

2.Untruthfulness and insincerity

3. Antisocial behavior which is inadequately motivated and poorly planned, seeming to stem from an inexplicable impulsiveness.

4. Inadequately motivated antisocial behavior including ingratitude for any special considerations, kindness, and trust.

5.Poor judgment and failure to learn from experience

6. Pathological egocentricity. Total self-centeredness incapacity for real love and attachment.

7. Lack of any true insight, inability to see oneself as others do.

8. Weak muscles.

9. Short stature.

10. Short, stocky arms and legs.

Dude that guy was a total psychodownzy, he was so ugly and short and such a total asshole!
