A promo can mean a segment that a wrestler from a wrestling company will produce. A promo is a way for a wrestler to vocally attack whoever the promo is directed to. A professional homosexual. For someone who embraces being gay to such a degree that there's no doubt he's gay. Helen Keller would know that he's gay before he fully crossed the threshold into the gay bar. If there were to be an award for being the gayest one at the disco, it would go to the Promo.
