normally used to make purple drank, but if you wanna trip even harder soak your weed in promethazine before you smoke it. give it a few minutes to dry beore you load it into your pipe. gives you all the effects of drinking lean except it's more intense and you feel it faster because you smoked it.

promethazine is purple drank comin mainly from Houston, TX. its basically cough syrup that u mix w/ either a bottle of soft drink(whichever u prefer, usually sprite of any sort)that, or u mix w/ alcohol. and it gives u a leaned out kinda feelin, its how us texan folkz get throwed ya heard?

Promethazine is commonly used anti-emetic drug. Promethazine is also slang for wine in health care worker circles. Specifically Paramedics use this term to describe drinking wine of any sort.
"Hey Laura, what are you doing tonight?" "I dunno I was thinking about going home and drinking a bottle of promethazine"
