poop bumps

The goosebumps you get when you need to poop really bad and its a deep set poop. Like one you know is going to be very meaty. Poop bumps can occur before and/or during your bowel movement. If you get poop bumps, RUN to the bathroom.

John: "Hey man, id love to continue this conversation but I have to go so bad I have POOP BUMPS!"
