Play Tetris

A synonym for having a bowel movement, so named for the old school Game Boy Color kept on the back of the toilet, with only the game of Tetris in it.

Penelope: You don't look well.

Odysseus: Yeah. I've gotta play tetris something fierce.

Penelope: Here's an extra roll of toilet paper. Enjoy.
