A composite of "pik" (dick) and "slips" (tie - as you would wear with a suit), so basically a "dick tie". It refers to the hair growing from the penis to the navel (and beyond) on men, and on some unfortunate women.

Used on twitter or tumblr as '#picslip'.

This is where an account puts a picture of themselves up for a couple of minutes. It is usually a nude or a very revealing picture and the poster sometimes pretends like they didn't mean to upload it. (see: bullshit) it is usually done as a desperate attempt to gain more followers and attention.

Pisstipated

When you feel like you have to piss, but nothing comes out, while you still feel like you gotta piss. The opposite of constipation.

Damn, Jane drank that whole gallon of water but she's been in the bathroom for an hour. She must be pisstipated.
