Either a non-sexual impulse to collect pillows or a sexual desire for pillows. Sometimes the pillow may be used as a substitute for a human partner but in its strongest form the pillow itself becomes the object of desire. A pillow fetish may also be related to infantilism if it involves wearing the pillow as a diaper and wetting it, but using the pillow for masturbation or humping is more common.
