A pick me boy is the male equivalent of a pick me girl. These are types of guys that emotionally manipulate and gaslight girls by using self deprecating language in the hopes of the girl contradicting them. They will often mention how ugly they are and wait for the girl to disagree. If the girl disagrees then they will take that a sign the girl is into them and will be overly pushy my confessing their attraction or asking them out. If the girl rejects them they will become angry and say how nice guys always finish last and all girls are the same.

A boy craving for too much attention. Pick me boys will usually be the most annoying guys ever, because they will say random things at the most random times. Some pick me boys are adorable depending on how pick me they act. its best not to get a pick me boy especially if you're a vulnerable person, some of them only want to be with you for the attention, but if you like to be constantly asked multiple random questions for no reason at all, get you a pick me boy.
