Pass-Hole 

Those idiots who ride your tail for a few miles on the highway before the passing lane then proceed to pass you and drive 30 mph in front of you.

I would’ve been here faster, but that dang pass-hole slowed me down for at least 15 minutes.

Pass-hole 

If you're stuck driving behind someone that has been going super slow for a while, and you finally get an opportunity so you speed up to pass them, but they notice and speed up so that you can't pass them...that my friends makes them a "pass-hole"...an asshole who intentionally speeds up when someone tries to pass them.

This guy has been driving like a garden snail for the last 30 miles but then that pass-hole turned into a freakin NASCAR driver when I tried to get around him. SMH

the guy who weaves between lanes in slow traffic trying to get ahead of everyone else. Usually winds up pounding the steering wheel and cursing out loud when the lane he switches into slows him down instead.

The idiot drivers that move steadily along, but suddenly increase speed when they wake up and realize you are passing them. If they succeed in blocking your opportunity to pass, they will immediately resume the former, annoying pace. If you pass them successfully, they will ride your bumper for a short time before returning to la-la land.

A driver who solicits road rage, either deliberately or from brainlessness, by remaining in the passing lane exactly adjacent to the vehicle in the lane beside them, thus preventing free flow of traffic.

Our trip had been so enjoyable, and making good time, until we ran into the passhole from Hell.

"Well, we should be there in a couple hours if we don't run into too many passholes along the way!"

passhole aggressive 

Coined from the terms of asshole and passive aggressive. The behavior that is exhibited by someone who is dissatisfied, uncooperative or unhappy but who doesn't want to be overtly mean or rude to the person who instigated their behavior. Instead the person just subtly behaving in a contrary way and not confronting the problem directly, he or she will be more likely to pass on their rage onto a innocent bystander.

It looks like Jacob is in his passhole aggressive mode again. After Sheila broke up with him, he unfriended 3 friends on Facebook, and not any of them have a clue as to why.

A driver that speeds up just as you are attempting to pass them forcing you to drive even faster or fall back into line behind them.

Did you see that jeep speed up just as I tried to pass him? I barely made it around that passhole before that car came past.
