A slang term used to refer to an African American person. It is often used in a humorous fashion and not meant to be demeaning, but can be used in as a derogatory way as its speaker wishes. Can also be used as an adjective.
"That party cake just called me a cracker! Why can't we all just get along?"

"Rap is a typically party cake genre of music, there are not many mainstream white rap stars"

Cake-And-Door Party 

A reception/small party, (often involving cake or some form of refreshments), held when a person hated by everyone in the workplace is either resigning, or being "let go." Everyone's more than happy to "give them cake, and show them the door."
Shane (upon seeing the refreshments laid out): Ooh, is it someone's birthday?
Clive: No, haven't you heard? Mary just got a higher-paying position with another firm!
Shane: Awesome! Time to give that bitch a cake-and-door party!
