A term used to describe a person whom has a nice looking body with an ugly face. The person is appealing from the shoulders down; paperbag is used to cover his or her face during sex. Mostly used to desribe females.

John: Dude, ya see number 6 on their team?

Usually a hippie, or an accomplished woman who doesn't care about the latest fashion trends or other materialistic crap.

She's my paperbag princess.

Translation: She's beautiful inside and out, and doesn't feel like she has to wear tight brand name jeans to show the whole world her curves.
