pantrection 

The process by which ones pants mimics the shape of a small and unappealing erection. This phenomenon caused by the folding of material surrounding the crotch region of a male or manly female creates a large amount of embarrassment over the fact that one has an erection and also the fact that one has a small erection (not a large erection as one obviously has). Most common when sitting, but also possible when standing on rare occasions. A pantrection is not contagious, unless a bumrection is being experienced; where the forced sitting makes a pantrection a highly contagious condition.

Mrs Carontoinko: Oh dear....Mr Carontoinko.....your erection, it is so huge!!!
Mr Carotoinko: Oh I am sorry dear, I know I said I would have the operation.....but that is not me...I am much smaller....that is all....pantrection.

Pooterection 

A word to denote something a female, possessing a vulva or "pooter", finds sexually arousing. Similar to the use of female boner but better.

I totally got a pooterection watching a pole-dance video just now!

Packerection 

When a FTM (Female to Male) Trans person uses too big of an object to emulate a male member.

Ex. A 4'11 twink using an 8 inch pack-and play makes him look like he has a 'packerection'
