Pandiculating

Although other creatures, including humans, do this, cats give the best demonstration of this phenomenon. When you see a cat stretch itself to its full length, all four limbs and tail extended, accompanied by a huge yawn, that is pandiculating.
“Susie was pandiculating in the office earlier, fell off her chair and ended up with her skirt up round her ears.”
Interesting, sorry I missed it.”

Pandiculation

This is what happens when you wake up in the morning and stretch. As you stretch, your muscles might go rigid for a short time, which can sometimes be uncomfortable. It also describes that wonderful, or terrible, combination of being extremely sleepy, stretching and yawning at the same time.
I had a massive pandiculation yesterday.

Pandiculation

The act of stretching and yawning simultaneously
Person 1: *Yawns and stretches at the same time*
Person 2: You know what you're doing?
Person 1: Yawning and stretching?
Person 2: Wrong
Person 1: So... what then?
Person 2: Is called pandiculation
