Using a flurry of words used to answer a question without really answering the question a la Sarah Palin; similar to verbal diarrhea or word vomit (as used in Mean Girls). Often times involves restating the question within the answer or answering a question with a question.
1) GIBSON: Have you ever met a foreign head of state?

But Charlie, again, we got to remember what the desire is in this nation, at this time. It is for no more politics as usual. And somebody’s big, fat resume maybe that shows decades and decades in that Washington establishment, where, yeah, they’ve had opportunity to meet heads of state.

VIEWER: She totally palinated that question.

2)I asked him straight up if he was cheating on me and he responded by saying "girl, you know i love you and you are my baby momma!" and I was like "whatevs, don't even try to palinate."
