A short way of saying Two thousand and ten (2010), while still countinuing with the pattern we've gotten so used to for the past 8 years (o'seven, o'eight, o'nine, etc)
Bob: Hey Charlie, what year did you graduate from college?
Charlie: o'nine. How about you?
Bob: I'll be graduating in o'ten. I'm going to grad school tho, so I probably won't be DONE done until o'twelve.
