One step up from kill it with fire, usually followed by the phrase "it's the only way to be sure."

A paraphrasal of Ripley's line in the 1986 film 'Aliens': "I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure."

Generally used in response to a clusterfuck, or anything largely weird or gross that needs killing or otherwise dealing with.

Mike: Guys, termites have invaded my house, what should I do?

Nuketown

The name of a map in Call of Duty: Black Ops. This map is the smallest map in the game, so it does have some diehard fans. Definitely the most popular map in the game. With gamplay with a good mix of CQB and medium range combat, this map has all the action expected.

Nuketown Lobby 

In Call of Duty Black Ops, when players in a lobby use the option to vote for the previous map to repeatedly select Nuketown.

Good Nuketown player: Alright, this is the third game in a row I've gotten my gunship! I love Nuketown lobbies!

Bad Nuketown player: They're voting for Nuketown again?! I'm out, this must be a Nuketown lobby.
