Nootropic
A nootropic, or smart drug, is any non-toxic substance that can increase cognition, memory, focus, energy, proble solving skills, mood, motivation, strength, agility, dexterity, coordination, lifestyle and/or reduce anxiety. Nootropics are typically non-toxic smart drugs. A nootropic typically has little to no side effects at appropiate doses and have little to no chance of causing addiction or serious withdrawal symptoms. Nootropics usually have little to no side effects. Intentional misuse by taking massive overdoses can be harmful or fatal. Not all cognitive enhancers are nootropics. Some nootropics increase energy, some increase memory and problem solving skills, and some nootropics decrease anxiety.

Nooria
Nooria is a very kind hearted soul who is very intelligent. She could kill you with her looks and smile! She has the best hair you could ever imagine and has a great sense of humor. She is a bit shy at first but once you get to know her, she is crazy and wild. She is always with her friends, yet somehow gets the best grades possible. If you know a nooria, you are very lucky, as she is a trustworthy friend. The one word to describe her would be PERFECT

Noora kushti
Noora kushti (pronounced noor-ah kush-tee) is a word of Persian (Farsi, Iranian) origin that generally means "fixed fight" or pretending to fight (while fooling a target audience). In Persian (Iranian) sporting matches and games it is the literal act of pretending to fight in order to fool an audience.
More importantly it is used in Persian/Iranian (and to some extent Pakistani) politics to indicate two (or more) parties that appear to oppose one another, while the reality is the two parties are pretending to oppose one another. Only the two parties participating in the act know that their opposition to one another is just an act that is meant to deceive a target audience. Therefore it could be understand as pretend opposition. This is usually done in order to control both (or all) audiences/populations. It is a form of political monopolization.
